I joined them months ago and received some beautiful samples for my studio at a discounted rate.
I just ordered one for a client, the sizing was not just right and my image was going to get cropped by default. Well they have great customer/support services. I received an email detailing the issue and that they automatically customized my order to fit my image exactly with no additional charge.
