Tribute To Michael Jackson

Photo not by Asiam Designs Photography
Michael Jackson - Billie Jean
I remember watching the debut of this video as a child,
with my mother and grandparents in our living room ……
Michael Jackson was a phenomenon in his own time!

Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to all of the great fathers out there…. and to all of the moms who have been great fathers too.

A special happy Father’s Day to my big cousin E, who is a marvelous daddy to my baby cousin D.
I made this special canvas from a freebie Photoshop template download – I added a little of my own twist to it…. To tell their tickle daddy story. So cute!

They are up....

I am so excited....
my work is really up in Ashmont Station.
On the outbound side to the right on the fence.

I took these shots with my trusty Nikon P6000 (it fits perfectly in my purse - never miss a shot)

My Little Cousin - The Big Star

Cell phone photo taken by me on the train 6/8/09

I am so excited and proud.... She is such a little star.
If you have followed my blog at all,
you have seen many images of my family’s youngest little star.
Well this month she is featured by a local health care plan
on ads around the city showcased by our transit system…

My Work Will Be Showcased - Common Boston Exhibit

The Neighborhood Photography Project

Photographers around Boston were invited to tell the story of what places make a difference in people's lives.
I was asked to explore one of the following neighborhoods: Jamaica Plain, Ashmont, Chinatown, and Fort Point Channel and think of yourself as a photojournalist. A documentary artist. Where are people most connected? Where are they welcome and home?

The goal of this project is to unveil Boston as a city of buildings, streets, and parks with close emotional ties to the diversity of residents and their families who use them.

As a result, some of my work will be showcased
in
Ashmont Station
and on the Common Boston Website

June 12th-25th
